VGY was first paired with ZNY and nested on the River Avon near the Saxon Mill

With ZNY she hatched 3 cyngets, 2 of which survived

With ZNY she hatched 6 cygnets, 3 of which survived

With ZNY she hatched 4 cygnets of which 3 survived - AFA, AFB and a cygent that lost its left foot

With ZNY she hatched 5 cygnets of which 3 survived - AGP, AGR and AGS

In early 2006 ZNY was killed, VGY returned to the Winter Flock at St Nicholas Park. Initially she displayed with AFO but selected an Untagged Mate. They returned to the Saxon Mill and nested but unfortunatly the nest was washed away.

So far VGY has nested with the untagged male and nested in the same location as 2006. 6 eggs hatched on 20th May. 2 Untagged, AUG, AUI, AUJ and AUH.

After spending a little time on the canal VGY has paired with a new mate - ATZ. She has built a nest on the Grand Union Canal. The pair hatched 6 cygnets.
